Invoice the same day the condenser is set
The condenser job that waits until Friday for the invoice is the one the homeowner disputes. They have had four days to decide the price feels different from the conversation in the driveway.
Same-day invoicing is an office habit, not a personality trait. The tech closes the job with the lines, the photos, and the serial number. The office reviews and sends before the truck is back at the shop.
If the close-out is still a stack of yellow sheets, the invoice will be late. That is the problem the mobile app is meant to remove.
