Questions
Is there a contract?
Annual billing is a prepay discount, not a trap. Month to month is available at the higher price. You can leave. We would rather know why.
Do you still install on-prem servers?
No. We moved to a hosted service in 2016. New customers are hosted only. If you have an old install, email danap@electronapps.com and we will plan the move.
Where does the data sit?
The hosted product runs in Microsoft Azure in the United States. The application is .NET and SQL Server. We do not move production data because a demo asked us to.
Will it talk to our books?
You can export invoices for the bookkeeper. We do not put another company's logo on the page and call it a partnership.
When is support open?
Monday to Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. ET, from the Raleigh office. Phone support is on Route and Multi-shop. Email heathers@electronapps.com and a person answers.
Who is it for?
HVAC and plumbing contractors, mostly shops with 4 to 25 technicians. Not lawn, not cleaning, not a general contractor with a different job every week.
