Maintenance agreements techs will actually sell

November 2, 2016 · Lisa Fontaine, VP Marketing · lisaf@electronapps.com

A maintenance agreement that lives in a binder under the seat does not get sold. The tech is on a roof in July. They will mention the agreement if the price and the visit count are on the work order they already have open.

The shops that renew well keep the offer short. Two visits a year, filter sizes on the equipment record, a reminder that goes out from the office instead of from someone's memory.

Electron puts the agreement on the customer and on the schedule. The tech sees it. The office sees who is due. Nobody has to remember the binder.

If this is the problem in your office, book a walkthrough or email lisaf@electronapps.com.
