How we onboard a 12-truck shop in two weeks
A 12-truck shop does not flip every tablet on a Monday. We have tried that. The second week is chaos and the office goes back to the whiteboard for the calls that matter.
Week one is the office: customers, the price book, the board, and the two people who answer the phone. Week two is two techs, then the rest, after those two stop finding surprises.
Heather runs that calendar. If you have more than one location, say so on the first call. Multi-shop setups are priced with Chris, and they take longer than two weeks on purpose.
