Parts on the truck: a simple inventory habit
Most shops under 25 technicians do not need a warehouse system. They need an honest count of the ten parts that actually move: capacitors, contactors, condensate pumps, a couple of valve sizes, the filters they always forget.
A full inventory module that requires a cycle count every Friday will be abandoned. A short list on the truck, adjusted when the tech uses a part on the job, will not.
Start there. If you are stocking minisplits for a builder, talk to us about the Route plan. Do not buy a process you will not run in August.
