Price book discipline for shops under 20 techs
A shop with fewer than 20 techs needs one price book. Not a spreadsheet per lead tech, and not a discount the owner whispers on the way out the door.
Review it once a quarter. The owner, the office manager, and one tech who actually does the work. Change the lines that drifted from what you pay for parts. Leave the rest alone.
Electron keeps that book on the estimate and on the invoice, so the number in the driveway is the number on the bill. If you need a special price, it is a line someone can see later.
