Note
A quieter close-out: photos, notes, and the invoice
A quiet evening at a shop is mostly a close-out problem that got handled at 3 p.m. Photo of the data plate. A note of what was replaced, in words the homeowner can read. The invoice sent before the truck moves.
When those three things wait until the tech is home, somebody stays late. Usually the office manager.
This is the whole product, said in one breath: dispatch the work, schedule it against real hours, and invoice it while the visit is still true. We are 28 people in Raleigh building that, and not much else.
If this is the problem in your office, book a walkthrough or email lisaf@electronapps.com.
