What office managers wish the field app did
We asked office managers, not owners, what they wanted from the phone in the tech's pocket. The list was short. Photos before the truck leaves the driveway. A status the office can see without calling. The customer's last three visits. A price that matches the book.
They did not ask for a social feed. They asked to stop being the radio.
The mobile app is built around that list. If a screen does not help the tech finish or the office trust the finish, it does not ship.
