Dana Pollard
Co-founder and CTO
Dana wrote the first on-prem version with Matt and still reviews schema changes. If a report is slow, she usually hears about it before the weekly meeting.
Chris Abernathy
VP Sales
Chris has sold to shop owners since 2014. He still runs demos himself, and he will tell you if Electron is the wrong fit.
Lisa Fontaine
VP Marketing
Lisa is the marketing team. She writes the price page, the blog, and the replies that start on the website.
Raj Venkataraman
VP Engineering
Raj leads engineering. The dispatch board and the technician app are the two surfaces he watches most closely.
Heather Sloan
Head of Customer Success
Heather onboards new shops and still takes the escalations. Customers get a named person, not a ticket number.
Mike Duarte
CFO
Mike handles billing, vendor contracts, and the annual price review for a company that still fits in one suite.
Jenna Whitaker
Head of People
Jenna runs hiring and the handbook for a company of 28. Right now that means two open roles, not a recruiting program.
